This deposit secures your place in our drafting schedule and authorizes the start of design work.

Please Note:

Before submitting a deposit, clients are required to complete the Quote Request Form and receive a formal estimate. This ensures your project scope, timeline, and pricing are clearly defined.

By submitting this deposit, you acknowledge that:

  • You have received and reviewed a formal quote from Arris Drafting.

  • This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total project cost.

  • The remaining balance will be invoiced upon delivery of the final plans or as outlined in your quote.

Important Permit Information:

All electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits must be secured separately by a licensed contractor, in compliance with local and state regulations.

Payment Options & Processing Fee

This service requires a $500 project deposit, which includes a $13.58 processing fee to cover third-party credit card transaction costs. This ensures your full deposit amount is applied directly toward your project.
